Madeline Jones, co-founder of PLUS Model Magazine, revolutionized the fashion industry in 2006 with her business partner Valery Amador by creating a platform dedicated to empowering plus-size women. Over nearly two decades, PLUS Model Magazine has become a driving force in the industry, propelling the careers of plus-size models, designers, and advocates while cementing its status as a leading media outlet in the plus-size world.
As an industry powerhouse, Jones is a style influencer, content creator, mentor, and advisor. She launched her Ageless Style brand in 2017 to empower women over 40 to embrace fashion beyond age or size limits. Partnering with notable brands such as Fullbeauty, Lane Bryant, Dia & Co., and Gwynnie Bee, she transformed #AgelessStyle into a celebrated movement. In 2021, Jones expanded her creative portfolio by launching everydayJONES by Madeline Jones, a clothing line available on HSN, QVCUK, and TSC in Canada, offering unique styles tailored for plus-size bodies.
A multi-faceted creator, Jones also co-founded Power Plus Wellness alongside fitness instructor Jessie Diaz-Herrera. This Latina-owned business curates private movement classes and events for plus-size bodies, promoting joyful movement, unlearning diet culture, and fostering a safe, supportive community.
In response to the evolving needs of the plus-size community and her own views on inclusivity, Jones and Amador expanded their vision in 2025 by launching PMM TODAY.
