On Friday, September 12, 2025, I had the honor of attending Renee Cafaro Atelier’s debut of Out Of Scale at New York Fashion Week SS26, her very first all-gender collection. The show, produced with Oxford Fashion Studio at White Space Chelsea, was a bold statement that everyone is welcome in couture.

From legendary Big & Tall model Zach Miko opening the show, to dancer Erik Cavanagh, influencer Ady Del Valle, Project Runway’s Liris Crosse, and a cast featuring drag, trans, and non-binary models, the runway was a true celebration of inclusivity.
“What Renee accomplished with this collection is exactly what the fashion industry needs right now. To see such a bold, unapologetic celebration of every body, every identity, and every expression on one runway was nothing short of transformative.” — Madeline Jones, Editor-in-Chief, PMMToday
